About the Coach Coach Steven Calande has been coaching football since 1989.  He has been a Head Coach at the Middle school,Junior high, and High school levels.   Coach Calande recently accepted the position of Head Football Coach at Old Town High School in Maine and is anxious to begin working with his new team, the Coyotes. The Coyotes will run the powerful Double Wing and attacking 46 Gambler defense. With these philosophies, alot of hard work in the weight room and a team first attitude, the Coyotes will be extremely competitive. Coach Calande's Double Wing / 46 Gambler systems and philosophies have been proven to be effective at every level of football from the Pee Wees through high school and semi pro ball. Coach Calande continues to act as  Double Wing / 46 consultant to many teams (all age groups throughout the world)...breaking down game film as well as providing advice and guidance. His consulting work and availablity is what makes his Double Wing / 46 Gambler systems so valuable to coaches. Because Coach Calande is also a teacher, his materials are easy to follow and comprehend.
