All checks must clear prior to us shipping your order. International Money Orders may take up to 2 weeks to clear. School Districts- An invoice can be provided, however payment must be received prior to shipping materials. If you would like an invoice, please email us with the name of your school, the billing/shipping address as well as the name of the materials you would like to purchase. Also, let us know if we can attach the invoice to an email or if you would prefer it mailed directly to the school. This type of video response is likely a Player-Media issue and NOT a defective disc.
